Windshield cracked on the way home from a trip. Called our auto insurance agent who hooked me up with J and K. Agent reached out to J and K to inform them of the claim and J and K called me within 3 hours to arrange for a date,time for me to drop off the car. The car was dropped off 2 days later at 9 am and slightly before 10 am I got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I dropped off the car, I was told that they would move my IPass to the new windshield and they asked if I still needed the parking sticker that was also on my window. I said I did and they moved that as well. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with and would certainly recommend this business.
